Cleaning & Neutralizing This process consists of cleaning & stripping old wax and sealers from the stone's surface in preparation for either polishing or resurfacing.

Polishing Polishing is done to bring back the color, clarity and sheen of the stone's surface. This also makes the surface stronger and more resistant to scratching and etching.

Resurfacing Diamond resurfacing is done to remove scratches, blemishes or stains from the stone surface. This step is necessary if polishing the surface doesn't achieve the clarity desired. It also creates a more even surface. Sealing Sealing is done with a top of the line impregnating sealer, which penetrates into the pores of the surface and protects it from future staining and etching. The new surface coating is transparent and will not alter the natural look of your stone.
